One is, that it is so important to entertain our sense of play and investigate our inner self. The atmosphere of play helps us lighten up and investigate what otherwise is often set perceptions about ourselves.
The other thought I had was that this one pocket is only one little part of the whole fabric of who we are and there is lots more to discover and examine! This can be a whole lot of fun despite the work, especially with the help of a coach like yourself. Wow!
Donna Colter
www.reachthetopcoaching.com

Comment on What's your value?

Carol,
You Rock!! How wonder-full, creative and rich. It makes me want to be a better person just reading it, now if I can listen to my inner-dreamer and start cultivating it. Thank you for your dream! What a great reminder that we are all worthwhile, beautiful, perfect beings just as we are. I think I'll go play now!

Joyfully,

Martyn

Comment on What's your value?

Hi Carol,

Very well done. This will make every person who reads it think more highly of himself/herself. And adding play is a most important ingredient. I frequently forget to add play in each and every week.

Dr. Sidney Simon in his book Getting Unstuck compares us with being born with high self-esteem but people have wrecking balls to tear us down.

This blog will go far to re-establish that high self-esteem.

Al

Comment on What's your value?

Hi Carol,
I love what you have said here. As I read the playtime list I noticed myself yearning for play. I had not noticed how intensely focused I have been over the last month with so many new developments happening in my business! I look forward to seeing you develop even more. You have accomplished an amazing amount in a short time!

Warmly,
Juanita
http://www.squeezemagic.com

Comment on What's your value?

Great article Carol. This is definitely "value-added" when we finally learn that we ourselves are valuable as we are.
The question that came to me is, if more things bring more value into our surroundings, does more of me add value to my person? Whew, I don't have to lose any weight after all!!! I am very valuable! hee hee.
Seriously, a question I ask myself to get back on track sometimes is "how am I honouring myself in this moment?" It works!
Donna.

Comment on What's your value?

Great article.
